No refund is due under ANY of the following circumstances: -

• Security or medical inadmissibility is related to the client or any of the dependents.
• Fraudulent documentation, false/ fabricated certificates—experience or educational as also in case of wrong information/ misrepresentation of acts/ information in the application.
• Change of immigration policies.
• Change of customer mind.
